On New Year's Day we went up into the attic to put away the Christmas decorations and ended up cleaning out the attic. Which is no small feat. We still had boxes and boxes of stuff from my moms house I didn't know what to do with. Going through the boxes was a lot of fun. I found a ton of old things that I wanted to put around my house.

Re purposing has become a hobby of mine lately. I love antiques and retro things.

I found this in a box upstairs, my mom had it on her fireplace years ago.

I bought this a few years ago and didn't know what to do with it, I haven't used this Scentsy in a long time either.`What's old is new again!

Here they all are together on top of the book shelf/entertainment center in the living room. Looks pretty good I think.
